Empress Condos

While Portland’s Empress Condos were originally built in 1927, they’ve been recently renovated with all fixtures and unique architectural details restored. The building is located in the Historic Alphabet District, which means that it’s nearby both the Pearl District and the downtown business district and all of the amenities they offer. The Empress’s studio units begin at 400 square feet and offer historic stylistic touches like hardwood floors alongside modern amenities like updated kitchens, energy efficient windows, updated cabinetry, and dishwashers. The original hexagonal flooring remains in the bathrooms and units are outfitted with washers and dryers.
