Park Place

Park Place makes for picturesque living. Located across from Jamison Square Park, Park Place features amenities such as gas fireplaces, parking spaces available to some units all in a great locale near the street car as well as shops and restaurants.  One of the best things about this building are the condos that have the "Shard" terraces that jut out from the back side of the building. These allow for amazing panoramic views of the park and skyline. 

This is a pet-friendly building and residents are allowed 2 pets up to 65 lbs combined.  So you could have two Chihuahuas, a Chihuahua and a Golden Retriever, but not two Goldens!

One of the things that attracts people to this building is the huge variety of floor plans, from townhomes to flats to penthouses - there are many unique spaces here.  Like many of the buildings in the Pearl you won't find any resident amenities here, other than a friendly front desk attendant and a welcoming lobby.
