The Henry

The Henry is a luxury high-rise with 123 homes set across 15 floors. The condominiums feature hardwood floors, gourmet kitchens and huge windows allowing great natural light. All this in a perfect location, just steps to the streetcar, Powell's Books and Whole Foods. The Henry is one of Portland's most pet-friendly building, and residents are allowed up to 3 pets (only 2 can be dogs) and there are no weight or breed restrictions.  As with many buildings in the Pearl there are no resident amenities, except for the friendly front desk attendant.  Our clients we've taken to the Henry tell us they loved the great views, natural light and excellent location.
