San Jose Mid-Rise Condos

If a condominium building is at least four stories but less than ten then it's classified as a mid-rise building.  These buildings usually have more amenities than a low-rise flat, but less than a full service high-rise.  The HOA dues reflect that and are typically less than in a high-rise.
