East SideĀ Condo Living

The East Side has a variety of smaller neighborhoods. Northpoint, along the lake, has some of the most distinctive properties in the city, including the Frank Lloyd Wright's Fredrick Bogk house, and offers premium access to parks and culture, such as Bradford Beach and the Oriental Theater movie palace. In the upper East Side, there's a youthful energy thanks to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Down around Yankee Hill it's unmistakably urban, with dense blocks of high-rises. Milwaukee's MCTS bus system connects all of East Town and provides access to the Milwaukee International Airport. There's also scenic Lincoln Memorial Drive, Prospect and Farwell for those driving around town. For cyclists and walkers, the Oak-Leaf Trail cuts through the neighborhood from the river to McKinley Park before continuing along the lakefront.

With a wide array of cultural diversity, easy access to nature and parks, a major state university and the core of Milwaukee directly to the South, there are plenty of reasons to love living on the East Side. It's highly walkable, and there are many housing options: from efficient condos to stately city mansions.
