All three bedrooms come quipped with cable TVs. A washer and dryer are provided in this unit to ease long stays. On the Water Sunset is on the first floor of an elevated building. The neighborhood has a gated entrance. This community prohibits motorcycles or boat trailers and smoking on the property On the Water Sunset is not pet friendly.
