**The Encore** is a modern 16-story high-rise condominium on Overton between 9th and 10th in Portland's Pearl District. In addition to high-rise condos, Encore features townhomes with large outdoor spaces and direct access to the park.  This is one of our favorite high-rise condo buildings in America, especially for dog owners.  When you walk out the front door of the building you are literally steps from the popular Pearl District park, [The Fields](https://www.portland.gov/parks/fields-park).  You don't even have to cross a road - it's right there.  And that's another unique characteristic of Encore... there is no street out front under your balcony which makes it one of the quieter condo buildings in the city.  Building amenities include a fitness center, secure parking, bike storage and a resident lounge with a conference table.
