The apartment is located at the back of the building, so it's quiet although located within the East Rock neighborhood. A few steps from the front entrance you'll find some of New Haven's best restaurants, craft cocktail bars, shops, and the best pizzerias the city has to offer. We have designed and built a railing and staircase within the apartment using airplane wire that joins the first floor living area to the second floor.
