Parking is gated garage, or street with no parking restrictions. The building has a pool, a jacuzzi, and a small gym. Convenient to the 405, LAX, Shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Bi-weekly cleaning included. I have a cat and dog who might be there at some point, so no other pets allowed. Current tenant is leaving May 31st.
