Asheville's tallest tower has been reborn as **Arras** - a luxury boutique hotel and high-rise residences.  Hotel Arras will be a 128-room boutique hotel on the first 9 floors.  Above that, from floors 10 to 19, you'll find one- and two-bedroom condos ranging from 737 to 2300 square feet.  The condominiums will feature 10' ceilings, fireplaces, gas and electric stainless steel appliances.  The building amenities will include valet parking, meeting space, fitness center, wine lockers and climate-controlled storage units.  Residents will have their own private entry to the building.
