The muni buses are a half a block away. Neighborhood is very friendly, lots of places to eat or get coffee just a half a block away. The laundry service and self-laundry is a block away. A park for runners is up the hill, two blocks from the house. There is exquisite view of the entire downtown from the park area and runners' trails. PARKING: Street parking is free of charge.
