We are looking for someone who will love our little Tarpon Springs condo as much as we do. 2 bed 2 bath with beautiful updates. Carpets are brand new replaced March 2024. Comes with assigned parking spot and guest parking in the lot just outside the unit. There is a storage closet that's included as well. The community is lively and active and boasts a lovely pool overlooking that lake, clubhouse, park and tennis courts. No smoking. The HOA restricts to one pet per unit. Cat or dog under 35lbs accepted with a pet fee. No more than 4 persons are allowed to occupy the unit and we are not able to allow subletting. We are restricted to one renter/renters per year so we're looking for someone who is willing to commit to at least a year. The property is owned and managed by me and my husband. We live only 7 minutes away and will be responsive and quick with any maintenance that's needed. We love the condo and want to keep it in the best condition possible. Move in expenses include first and last months rent as well an additional months rent as a deposit. Must apply and be approved by the HOA. The neighborhood is safe friendly and our building gets a nice breeze off the lake.
