I am a third-party real estate agent. The agency I work for specializes in Allston and Brighton. However, I came across a property in Salem that would be perfect for a student at Salem State University, so I am going to market it. Working professionals are certainly welcome to apply but this apartment is ideal for a full-time student at Salem State college that has an excellent co-signer. If you need off-campus housing while attending higher education next fall in Greater Boston, the time to look is NOT this summer, it is NOW or earlier. Cats and small dogs negotiable. Usually $50 extra for cat, $100 for dog. My understanding is that the landlord is paying the real estate agency fee for this apartment.
