First,The George, is an exquisite 1860s historic mansion that has been completely renovated into nine units, each boasting in-unit laundry and central air. Second, 231 WEST, is a brand-new building featuring 32 gorgeous 1 + 2 bedroom apartments. All units offer soaring ceilings, massive windows, and tremendous natural light. Stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher!) and custom quartz counters adorn every kitchen. Every apartment has loads of storage and custom closets. Nestled a mere two blocks away from the train, and only half a block from the bus, The George is very easily accessible. Head around the corner to check out some live music and hard cider at Young American, or fuel up at the Power Up Cafe. Mt. Airy and Germantown are just outside your front door! Resident is responsible for all utilities including a $40 monthly water fee for 1 bedrooms and $60 monthly fee for 2 bedrooms. Pets welcome with a $20 fee per pet per month. All of our communities are non-smoking. Zillow applications are accepted, however, if the application is incomplete, we may request that you fill out our internal application as well. Our internal application has a fee of $50 per person. With a complete Zillow application, income verification is required through a third party service for a fee of $10. Garage parking is available for a fee on a first come first served basis, but the garage is currently full! Utilities not included.
