Sugar Pine Village is a 248-unit community of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. The site design draws from Tahoe's rustic architectural style and highlights environmental and sustainable features, including solar energy, a bike-centric layout, and Sugar Pine Meadow. Each residential building has central mail, laundry rooms, secure indoor and outdoor bike storage. Sugar Pine Village is at a prime location, with quick access to both Highway 89 and Highway 30, nearby restaurants and retail stores, and 3 miles from the Lake. All public areas and ground floor residential units will be fully accessible to people with disabilities. The project is being built in four separate phases, with the second phase beginning leasing in July 2025.
