Cats friendly only (two cat limit) with a $30.00/month pet rent (per animal) and $300.00 refundable pet deposit and an additional $200.00 for a second cat. $900 refundable security deposit. At this time, we require applications to be filled out in person after viewing the apartment. If you choose to fill out an application, there is a fee of $32.95 per person, payable by check, cash, Zelle, or Venmo. A credit score of at least 680 is required, along with a clean criminal record.
