No previous evictions, notices to comply, broken leases, money owed to former landlords, and less than 3 late payments within the most recent 12 months. A credit score of 650 or higher will require only a security deposit. A credit score of 600 to 649 will require the security deposit and last month's rent. Credit Score below 600 is denied. These credit score considerations are required to be met by all applicants. Co-signers will only be accepted for lack of income purposes or N/A credit score.
