The program is designed to assist with the housing needs of moderate-income households. The Cove requires that all applicants meet qualifying criteria established by the government and the standards of the managing agent. Applicants with Section 8 vouchers are encouraged to apply. Both minimum AND maximum income limits apply. Income and rent limits are published annually by HUD.
