The unit has electric heat and wood floors in the living room and bedrooms. Appliances included are range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is a coin operated laundry room on-site and two assigned off-street parking spaces per unit. Water, sewer, basic garbage and landscaping are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Rent: $1, 295.00 per month. Minimum gross household income: $3, 885.00 per month (3 times monthly rent). TERMS: Minimum gross household income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent One year rental agreement. NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. Smoking and vaping is prohibited everywhere on the property. No marijuana and no marijuana products allowed on the property. No pets allowed at this property.
