Dear Future Roommate! Hi, my name is Bella! I am currently looking for an excellent roommate! I reside in a three-bedroom and 1/2-bathroom Victorian apartment in the lovely Haight Ashbury Area. And I am looking to get someone in by June 1st. Amina (your future roommate) lives in one of the bedrooms, and I reside in the other. And you, my friend, will reside in a lovely bedroom with a balcony to the garden in the backyard. The apartment has a full kitchen and a Washer and Dryer on site. If you have a car, there is plenty of street parking. The rent is $1, 600 for this lovely room, Utilities (power, internet, and cleaning service), goes for around $100.00 monthly. Only the1st and last month's rent is required as a deposit on a 6-month lease. A little about myself: I am a full-time artist- I am funny, chill, clean. I am looking for someone nice, clean, and chill like us, who works at least a hybrid work schedule, and is employed. Once in a while or so, a party will be thrown, so no grouches. Also, we are both vaccinated and boosted! Unfortunately, there are no pets allowed in the apartment. Lastly, viewings of the apartment will be virtual at first, and if you become one of the final candidates, I will give you an in-person tour and give you the application link to fill out. Also, please only respond if you want to move in on June 1st. I am only looking for folks who are looking to move -in, on June 1st, and also, please, no couples.
