This will be perfect for winter snowbirds, those looking for a change, anyone needing to relocate to for a few months. Sunset Beach is a 5 - 10 min bike ride away, and the famous Sponge Docks with award winning Greek cuisine is also close. Tampa Airport is 25 miles away, and Disney World is 90 miles. Tarpon Springs is truly an amazing place, with nearby golf courses, beaches, doggie park, monkey zoo, and the incredible Pinellas Bike Trail! The house comes FULLY furnished with weekly pool service and all yard care included. There are comfortable beds (bread new KING bed in the master bedroom!), a nice dedicated laundry room with newer appliances, and garage complete with workbench, kayaks, beach chairs and bikes to enjoy! Pets are welcome! Our house is available from July 1 to mid March 2025, but we can also consider a more flexible rental arrangement. Electric, water and internet are not included. We are really looking for the right people to love our home and take good care of it like we do!
