Harrington Heights is a 15-story, mixed-use high-rise, featuring 270 units of low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC), affordable and permanent supportive housing for those chronically or currently experiencing homelessness, and individuals with developmental disabilities. The residential units will consist of 27 two-bedroom units, 22 one-bedroom units, and 224 studio units. This project will be restricted units with the following affordable programs: MHP, AHSC, IIC, City of San Diego, LIHTC, and SDHC, along with 115 project-based rental assistance vouchers. Harrington Heights offers beautiful apartment homes in a vibrant community designed to bring comfort, convenience, and affordability together. All applicants must be income-qualified based on the total household income. This property is restricted to households earning 25%, 40%, and 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI)
