There are two private entrance gates to the left or the right of the main house. As you enter the house the doorway has two steps to enter the house so I would say it is not handicap accessible. There is a rear patio behind the cottage and a beautiful lounge area if you wish to relax and or have friends over for a BBQ. The house itself has lots of windows for plenty of natural sunlight. The house comes equipped with two split AC units. Each unit has AC and Heat with easy access to remote controls. The unit comes with WIFI. The house has one full bathroom with a rain shower and a tub. The Kitchen is a full kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, large single sink, lots of countertop space, plenty of cabinet space, and a full-size fridge. The washer and dryer units are in the garage in the main house and easily accessible. They may be used once a week at no charge. There are also two laundry mats just around the corner within walking distance if you need to wash more frequently. There is a communal fireplace in between both houses. The property is equipped with a Ring security camera system at all corners of the property with a 24-hour motion recording system plus notifications. The home is fairly modern and stylish with mostly all-new appliances. The house is just a five-minute drive to the Toronto Blue Jays Stadium as well as a 12-minute walk to Mease Dunedin Hospital and a 14-minute walk into the town of Dunedin. There are lots of activities and places to eat in the town of Dunedin. There is a grocery store just 10 minutes walking distance from the house. You will need a form of transportation if you wish to get to Clearwater Beach, but the house is only a 20 drive from the beach. There is a bike path that is very close to the house called the Pinellas Trail which stretches over 20 miles. There is Dunedin Bagels & Deli along the way to the hospital they also serve coffee. In the town, there are many other coffee spots. Dunedin is a beautiful town with mostly friendly people everywhere you look. It is a wonderful place to vacation or to temporarily work.
