Sherman Glen Senior Apartments are an affordable, Section 42 property. We provide a warm and inviting community for independent active adults who are 55 or even better! Regularly scheduled activities happen here, and we are always looking for new ideas. The apartments are spacious with large closets, and a private patio or balcony. Our rent includes heat, water, sewer, and trash. There are 2 laundry facilities located on each floor, elevators, and off-street parking. IF space is available in the underground garage parking, there is no extra charge. We are a pet-friendly community, allowing a limit of 2 pets per unit. There is a 50lb weight limit and we do have some dog breed restrictions. There is an extra deposit required and pet rent is $20.00 monthly per pet.
