Sherman Glen Senior Apartments are an affordable, Section 42 property. We provide a warm and inviting community for independent active adults who are 55 or even better! Our rent includes heat, water, sewer, and trash. There are 2 laundry facilities located on each floor, elevators, and off-street parking. IF space is available in the underground garage parking, there is no extra charge. We are a pet-friendly community, allowing a limit of 2 pets per unit. There is a 50lb weight limit and we do have some dog breed restrictions. There is an extra deposit required and pet rent is $20.00 monthly per pet.
