There are VRBO clients renting from May 13 to July 2. During that time need to make appointments. Also have it rented in September so this is a great property for investors. For the homeowner, the Sept listing can be canceled and we would need to close after July 2 or can close before is buyer prefers and they can have the rent revenue after closing! The has been a great investment property. I am retired and will travel more so want to sell the rental. I did live in it last year but it was rented prior to my moving to Texas.
