The ArtView Condos

The ArtView is a working artists community located in the U Street Corridor. The sustainable mixed used building boasts green features such as solar panels which generate electricity for common areas, Courtyard paving that reduces runoff, a rainwater collection and filtration system for toilet flushing, and an efficient air conditioning system.
