Merrill Place

Merrill Place is a four story condo building in the heart of Pioneer Square. Originally built in 1905, the building was transformed into 16 luxury residences in the late 1990's. Even though Merrill Place is just 4 stories, residences feature jaw-dropping views of views of the city, Puget Sound, and the Olympic Mountains. Its location provides quick access to surrounding areas and Pioneer Square itself is a central business hub for the city, home to many businesses, shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
