Located in a bustling area of Hayes Valley at 188 Octavia Street, Parcel T is a competition-winning project design for a city-owned parcel and is scheduled for completion in 2019. The 27 unit mixed-use building will offer a wide variety of unit configurations featuring remarkable three-dimensional bay windows and ground floor retail with large windows and doors opening to the street.
