Anchored on the Upper West Side’s 61st Street, The Park Loggia is an achievement of Skidmore, Owings & Merril architects that features a porte cochere that makes coming home an experience to look forward to.
The building’s custom terracotta façade is intended to both blend in with its surroundings while also standing out among the prestigious crowd. Perhaps one of its most stunning features are its oversized windows that are determined in bring the outside inside alongside private, unexposed terraces known as loggia.
With one- to four-bedroom options, the residences at The Park Loggia are intended to feel like individual homes. Each condo features recessed wood entrances, wide-planked white oak floors, kitchen countertops fashioned out of full-slab Brazilian quartzite, and custom millwork throughout.
The Park Loggia’s amenities were just as considered, ranging from a white-glove greeter to a knowledgeable concierge, and a 24/7 doorman. Finally, the building’s roof is finished off with an expansive rooftop loggia that overlooks the iconic Central Park.
