The Hayworth

Tucked into the heart of New York’s Upper East Side Carnegie Hill neighborhood, The Hayworth is an 18-story condo building that’s situated just three blocks from Central Park and steps from the nearest subway station. The lowest four floors of the building are home to retailers with the building’s 50 residences are perched above.

Designed by Lee Mindel of Shelton Mindel, the units feature open layouts, high ceilings, large bay windows, and oak parquet floors. Each residence’s kitchen comes complete with Gaggenau appliances, a marble island, walnut cabinets, and a wine storage. Further, each unit offers LG washers and dryers and Nest thermostats for smart climate control.

Outside of the units, residents enjoy access to a catering kitchen, a fireplace-clad rooftop terrace, a modern fitness center, a playroom for little ones, and a music and dance studio for particularly creative residents.
