The Centrale

Towering 71 stories above the glimmering city below, The Centrale’s classic Art Deco style has quickly defined it as one of Midtown’s iconic skyscrapers. Created by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, the building boasts a reflective glass façade and terracotta chevrons.

Inside, the luxury finishes inside the building’s full-floor residences that begin on the 58th floor match the opulence of the building’s exterior. Each condo features 360-degree views of the city’s famous skyline, Central Park, and the East River and is accessed by private elevator vestibules. The Centrale’s top two floors are home to penthouses feature an internal elevator, a library complete with a gas fireplace, and an 800-square-foot primary suite.
