An eclectic building that dates back to 1888, 100 Van Dam is located in New York City’s Hudson Square neighborhood. Offering modern residences that span one to six-bedroom floorplans as well as a seven-bedroom penthouse, the building and its 51 tower residences and 21 loft residences were brought to life by COOKFOX architects. Lush gardens are carried throughout the building across its numerous balconies and terraces with the intention of creating a seamless outdoor-indoor living experience
