Carbonell

At 40 stories, Carbonell is the second-tallest tower on Brickell Key behind only Tequesta Point Three. This is also one of the newer towers on the Key as it was completed in 2005. There are 284 one, two, three and four-bedroom homes at Carbonell with a wide variety of floor plans. The amenity list is long and includes valet parking, concierge, racquetball and squash courts, pool, spa, clubhouse, business center and fitness center. Owners are allowed to have pets with restrictions.
