Milano Lofts

Tucked into LA’s Financial District, Milano Lofts offer studio and one-bedroom apartments in a building originally constructed in 1925 before it was converted into lofts in 2005.

One of the best things about the building is its location that offers living just steps from restaurants, shopping, and plenty of transportation options. The interior of the units were intended to reflect the building’s Art Deco style that’s prominent in the building’s exterior and lobby. Each apartment offers views of downtown, custom tile flooring, stainless steel appliances, and full tile backsplashes. Some units also offer walk-in closets and kitchen islands.

All residents enjoy access to a number of amenities like rooftop grills, a rooftop lounge, a 24-hour fitness center, controlled access, and underground parking.
