8899 Beverly

8899 Beverly is a new development in West Hollywood transforming an old 1963 office building into a luxury residential tower. The Tower is home to 40 residences and there are also 8 separate townhomes referred to as the Rosewood Houses. Residences in the Tower feature expansive outdoor spaces, gourmet kitchens, and high-end appliances such as built in espresso makers, Gaggenau 400 series cooktops, and Miele ovens and dishwashers. Each of the Rosewood Houses feature a distinctly different architectural style and residents have access to all of the hotel style amenities offered at the Tower.
