Lockerbie Terrace

Lockerbie Terrace, located at the corner of New York and New Jersey Streets, represents Hearthview's second downtown condominium renovation project.  Although appearing contemporary from the exterior, this building was originally constructed in the 1920s and served as office space until it was redeveloped by Hearthview in 2004.  The project includes 42 condominiums featuring large windows, balconies, interesting architectural details such as large concrete columns, ten foot ceilings, a fitness center and underground parking.
