Il Palazzo Lofts

Il Palazzo is a mid-rise loft building compromising six floors. The ground floor contains the entrance lobby and under cover, secure parking. Floors 2 through 5 share essentially the same layout, containing 13 units each varying in size from approximately 1,150 sq ft to 2,700 sq ft. Most balconies on Floor 2 are larger than those on the upper three floors. Floor 6 contains six penthouses with floorplans up to 4,300 sq ft and large terraces. Unlike many Houston high and mid rise properties, Il Palazzo lofts have a lot of outdoor space.
