200 River Place Lofts

200 River Place Lofts is a historic loft building built in 1906 as part of the Parke Davis pharmaceutical company. The building was converted to luxury lofts in 2001 and features 48 residences with exposed brick and beam, soaring ceiling, and unique floor plans.
