Zocalo Lofts

The Zocalo Lofts at 21st Ave. and Decatur were developed by the masterminds at Zocalo Community Development (River Clay Condos, Solera Apartment and upcoming 2020 Lawrence and Cadence at Union Station as well as others). This 42 unit residential community in Jefferson Park was developed in 2005 and is home to Zocalo Community Development's home base and another commercial space ready for the perfect tenant. With the redevelopment of the Jefferson Park area this community became a welcomed addition and was built after being chosen by the City of Denver in a contest between eight submitted developments.
