509 Elm Place Lofts are true warehouse loft homes with exposed wood beams, brick walls, concrete floors and large open spaces. You'll be right next door to the American Airlines Center, West End and Main Street restaurants. You can also hop on the DART Rail and head north for a "no parking nightmare" trip to Mockingbird Station or Northpark Center. You're also only one rail stop away from Victory Park where condos cost twice as much.  The only drawbacks to this building are that parking has to be leased and is often not included in the price, and there is no pool. So you'll have to make some friends at the Metropolitan or SoCo Lofts and use their pool.
