Fort Point Place

The Fort Point Place Condominiums are located in the South Boston Seaport District, an up and coming mixed-use neighborhood approximately 1/2 mile from the Financial District. When renovations were complete, two historic brick-and-beam warehouses were converted into 125 residential loft-style condos ranging in size from 600 to 1,600 square feet. All Fort Point Place condos are open loft-style residences with brick walls, hardwood floors, and exposed timber beams and columns. Each building also has first floor retail and a garage parking.
