The Kenwood

The Kenwood in Bethesda, Maryland was built in 1967 before being converted into condos in 1980. Now it’s a self-governing collective of 300 one- and two-bedroom residential units and 10 commercial units spread across 18 stories. Each unit features air conditioning, high-speed internet access, and a security system. All residents of The Kenwood enjoy access to a number of community amenities that include laundry facilities, a concierge service, 24-hour desk staff, an elevator, multi-use room, storage space, a fitness center, pool, putting greens, walking and biking trails, a game room, courtyard, picnic area, and more. The Kenwood also boasts underground parking comprised of individually deeded parking spots and solar panels on the roof.
