04 Lofts

Situated just one block off SoCo, the 04 Lofts is a modern, 28-unit residential condominium by Dick Clark Architects. The design focused on expressing structural elements to provide a modern, "industrial" feel, while simultaneously softening things with wood floors and "earthy" d'Hannis brick tile. The north-facing glass façade lets in plenty of indirect light, but protects from the hot Texas sun. Planters and Ipe and reflective glass fences enclose balconies and provide privacy. Minimal amenities keep HOA fees low, but a spacious roof patio provides common area space and spectacular views of downtown. Perla's Seafood & Oyster Bar, Hopdoddy's Burger Bar and numerous shops and office spaces occupy the front of the building. Joe's Coffee, Snack Bar, Guerro's, South Congress Café, Enoteca and all the other SoCo hotspots are a block or two away. These unique units do not come available very often.
