Located in the Poncey-Highland neighborhood, Nugrape is a fantastic boutique loft building. The original owners were allowed to create their spaces from scratch, which means that each loft is unique and special. Many have exposed brick and ductwork and wood trusses. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was originally constructed in 1937 and served as the headquarters for the National NuGrape Company, which distributed NuGrape soda, and it was converted to condos in 2003. Poncey-Highland is bordered by the neighborhoods of Virginia-Highland, Inman Park, Druid Hills, and Midtown. This is a lively neighborhood with lots of new development.
