We offer a fully equipped office setup for virtual working. Additionally, we have a construction project across the street with noise during daytime hours.We offer 1 designated parking spot in our covered garage, maximum vehicle height is 6'6. Paid street parking is also available, and we also have a paid parking lot in our alleyway.There are two closets in the second bedroom/office. One of them serves as a storage closet for our supplies, it is locked and not available for use by guests. There are also locked storage cabinets under the dining bench and in the living room.The washer/dryer combo in the unit is free to use for small loads. As it is an electric, ventless unit, it will take longer to dry than a traditional dryer. For faster and larger loads, paid washing machines are located just down the hall.
