Windmill consists of twenty well-maintained four-plex built in 1987. Each two-bedroom two bath apartment is on one level, all have the same floor plan. Improvements to update the apartments are done when the apartment is turned. The kitchen has cabinet doors that have been changed in the past 4 or fewer years and a new countertop. We are also changing the faucets in the kitchen to a more modern high profile faucet. Windmill is less than one mile from the center of the city of Tigard to the East, and one mile from the Mall to the North.
