Greenwich West offers a considered interpretation of classic New York loft-style living by a Parisian design team. The building is inspired by 20th century French industrial design that’s situated along the desirable tree-lined Charlton Street. Five oil paintings by artist Aaron Zulpo are featured throughout the building and depict life within it. Inside the glass and steel canopy that marks the building’s entrance, a grand staircase meanders towards a scaled lobby outfitted in travertine and rosewood millwork before showcasing French botanist Patrick Blanc’s vertical garden.
Inside the residences, owners enjoy open layouts with classic European detailing with windows overlooking Manhattan’s skyline and the Hudson River. Walnut and Carrara marble in the kitchens with engraved doors and custom hardware take create a perfect casual elegance. Residents also enjoy a number of amenities like a rooftop garden terrace, a gym by The Wright Fit, a yoga studio, and men’s and women’s steam rooms.
