Out-of-towner contemplating a move to a downtown loft in St. Louis. Found an article about Jack Thompson Square lofts regarding smoke-filled corridors throughout the building due to a nightclub on the first floor. The article was written in 2009. Is the night club still there and more importantly, has the smoke issue been resolved?

Gregg Sharpe - May 2nd, 2019

Good morning Robert. The night club is no longer there. It has been gone for quite some time. When the club closed down the smoke issue resolved itself.

Will this building allow air bnb or Vrbo?

Cate Bradley - Apr 22nd, 2020

Just wondering who the commercial tenants are and is there a board of directors? Building appears to be in an earthquake fault zone. Does the association carry quake insurance.

Gregg Sharpe - Apr 22nd, 2020

HI Cate. I will have to research the commercial tenants in the building. The property does not carry earthquake insurance. Very few buildings downtown carry that.
