BLU City Spaces

About BLU City Spaces

Blu CitySpaces offer a chance to own a little piece of the city. This is the first time downtown has offered superior finishes and amenities at prices you can actually afford. Pass through kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, IKEA cabinets and ceramic tile floors, which are standard in kitchens and baths. Each studio features a large walk-in closet/dressing room. Spectacular natural light with private balconies available on some units. A fitness center, wi-fi lounge, bike storage, laundry center, personal storage lockers and a 24 hour doorman are among the convenient amenities. Blu CitySpaces, your very own piece of downtown!

Looking for rental

Gregg Sharpe - Feb 16th, 2018

Hi Billy. I received your VM last night and will reach out to you today to schedule a showing.

Rita Badaloni - Feb 19th, 2018

I saw a rental available in your establishment condo number 210 and I just would like to verify if this is true or not because I found it in Craigslist.

Gregg Sharpe - Feb 19th, 2018

Hi Rita. Are you looking to rent or buy?

Gregg Sharpe - Feb 19th, 2018

Hi Barry. What is your price range? Are you looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom?

Kevin Carter - Nov 2nd, 2018

How much are the condo fees?

Corey Hanson - Jan 13th, 2019

Are short term rentals allowed? Could you operate an Airbnb?

Gregg Sharpe - Jan 14th, 2019

Good morning Cory. The shortest term rental allowed in the building is 6 months. Air BnB is not allowed. That goes for most all of the buildings downtown. It is written into the building by-laws. The City is starting to really crack down on violators until they come up with some established guidelines, including health inspections, permits, etc. I hope this helps.

What is the least expensive I as 1 person may be able to rent?

Gregg Sharpe - Mar 4th, 2019

Hi April. Hope you are warm. It's cold outside! You would be able to rent a studio in the building will be between $575-600 per month. One BR units rent for around $695-750 per month. Let me know if you would like to see one of the units. I'd be happy to meet you for a showing.

I would love to see one of the Studios!
I'm not from Missouri and would love to enjoy some time in a great spot I could afford to experience the downtown!
Working at Equifax in Earth City.
Just started my 4th week there.

What are the fees associated with owning a unit.

Gregg Sharpe - Apr 26th, 2019

Good morning Martha. Thank you for reaching out to us. Every condo owner has a monthly HOA fee that is based on the square footage of the unit. Electric bills are typically small in the building. TV and internet services are also the responsibility of the homeowner. What other questions may I answer for you?

Ernest White - Jun 9th, 2019

Are there any lofts that include all utilities?

Eugene Hardin - Jun 14th, 2019

Very much interested about buying a condo in blue city

Gregg Sharpe - Jun 17th, 2019

Hi Ernest. There are no condo or loft buildings that pay for everything. At the very best you might only have to pay for the electric you use from the outlets. There are some buildings like that we could consider. There is one property in Clayton that is a co-op and your monthly fee includes absolutely everything. Let me know if you have more questions.

Gregg Sharpe - Jun 17th, 2019

Hi Eugene. We would be happy to assist you in purchasing a unit at Blu City. Please suggest a time when we may call you to discuss further.

Rosalind Rasberry - Jun 28th, 2019
