First Hill Condo Living

Residents of First Hill have prime access to everything downtown Seattle has to offer. Locally, one of the most prominent features is the preponderance of medical facilities. The Swedish Hospital and Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center and the Virginia Mason Hospital are all either within the neighborhood or right on the border. Seattle University is on the eastern border near Squire Park. The Seattle light rail runs along Broadway and terminates right downtown in pioneer square. This streetcar line also runs up to Cal Anderson Park past Pike and Pine in Capitol Hill. There are also a variety of cultural institutions, most notably the Frye Art Museum.

People love living in First Hill for the easy access to some of the city's largest medical employers and, of course, all of the amenities and resources of downtown Seattle. It also provides an excellent jumping-off point for those who want to have access to the hip, offbeat nightlife and restaurant scene of the Pike and Pine area.
